Hi, I’m Andrew Ng – a creative, operations, and technology leader with over 20 years of experience bringing ideas to life and making businesses run better.

My career has taken me across some genuinely diverse terrain — from designing to management at a print house, to building bespoke eCommerce platforms, leading national operations across multiple companies, and shooting and producing brand content within the fashion industry. That breadth isn’t accidental. I’ve always been drawn to the intersection where creativity meets strategy and technology makes it all work.

Currently, I’m the National Operations Manager at HLS Healthcare & Hitec Solutions, where I oversee Operations, Marketing, IT, Warehousing and Projects at an executive level. It’s the kind of role I thrive in — one that demands both big-picture thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when it counts. Sitting on the board of a Senior Leadership Team that structures our teams and makes decisions in unity to produce positive outcomes across all departments coherently.

What I enjoy most is solving problems that don’t fit neatly into one box. Whether that’s leading a brand repositioning, navigating a business acquisition, streamlining a supply chain, or building a marketing campaign from the ground up — I bring the same approach every time: clear thinking, genuine collaboration, and a drive to get it done properly.

Outside of the day-to-day, I’m a photographer and videographer, a bit of a tech tinkerer, and someone who genuinely gets excited about where AI is heading and how it can be put to practical use.
